Stefan came to Advanced Construction with a background in both property development and management in downtown Boston. Prior to working at ADCON he managed 13 luxury properties in the North End and scheduled all renovations and maintenance.

As a licensed real estate professional, his familiarity with the real estate market is a tremendous asset to our clients as they make critical renovation choices to maximize the value of their property.
