Who we are

Founded in 1989, Advanced Construction has grown from performing small demolition jobs into a general contracting company that completes renovations in some of Boston’s most prestigious buildings and neighborhoods. Our work includes complete building construction, commercial and residential renovations, and preventative maintenance.

AdCon has diversified its staff and equipment to handle the distinctive and ever changing needs of our clients. Our experience enables us to help our clients navigate a project from its inception through completion. Our staff includes experienced builders, veteran project managers, and licensed real estate professionals.

We have long standing relationships with architects, engineers, planning boards, and historical commissions throughout Boston and eastern Massachusetts. This strong network allows us to efficiently navigate the building process from planning and permitting to job completion.
